Cantoni “Great Design Is
a Way of Life” has several levels of meaning, all of which are
illustrated in this stunning beachfront home in Southern California.
Cantoni’s theme refers to our great product and design talent
as well as to the sophisticated tastes of our clients who look to the
Cantoni brand to complement the way they live.
The elegant home, which sits right on the beach at Emerald Bay, Laguna
Beach, was designed by renowned architect Leason Pomeroy III, FAIA with
interiors by Jami
Martin of JD Martin Design. The realtor is the legendary John
McMonigle, whose success with high-end properties in Orange County
has landed him on the Oprah Winfrey show.
Within its nearly 8,000 square feet, the house features four levels,
an elevator, six bedrooms, eight and a half baths, three full kitchens,
theater, wine cellar, a bar pool/spa and a cabana level with bar. The
seaward view is sensational.

vision for the interiors of their beautiful new home, and they both
came to me to make it happen. This client loved what Cantoni had to

This project is also a great example of our new Industry Partners Program
announced in the previous
